·        Discuss the problems from Test 3

·        Take the Benchmark (last 30 minutes of class)

·        Return the Test, along with a summary of each student’s grades for this semester

 

·        The Study Guide for the Exam will be available by noon on Wednesday.

 

Wednesday, [day 40]

·        To prepare for class discussion on Wednesday, review the Course Objectives in the Syllabus for this course.

o       How well have you learned to analyze real-world problem situations, and learned to use mathematics to help you investigate these problems?

o       Which problems or projects that we have done this semester have challenged you to use mathematics to help you understand interesting questions in this world outside of this classroom?

o       Which application problems or projects that we have studied this semester have helped you develop critical thinking and analytic reasoning skills that will help you to be a better citizen? 

o       In what ways have you grown in your use of technology to investigate problems, and to communicate your solutions to others?

o       There will be a question on the final exam about how calculus can be used to investigate interesting problems in the real-world.
